What events do you cater to?
With our wide range of offerings and styles we are able to cater to almost any special occasion. Think of birthdays, engagements, weddings, hens, and baby showers. Sky is the limit!
Do you have a shop front? Can I visit your shop?
Annielovescakes is purely an online based bakery business that you can visit online (24/7). We operate in a dark commercial kitchen based in Brisbane. Further pick up details will be provided to you 5 days prior to collection day.
How can I order from you?
Shop our popular range of cakes online. Skip the long consultations via email and purchase your cake at anytime of the day. Customise each design with your choice of size, flavour, colour and text.
How much notice do you need?
We require 7 days notice. Our website will not accept orders that are due in less than 7 days. On occasions we will have time to manually accept rush orders so please check in with our team via email to try your luck! Please note, there is a $30 Rush Service Fee.
How can I check your availability?

I cannot find the design that I am after on your online shop. How can I enquire for a special custom order?
You may send in your unique enquiries here. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days to let you know if we can accept your order. Be sure to give us as much as time as possible (we recommend 3 weeks advanced notice).
Do you have any Gluten-free options?
Yes ! Our Gluten Free range are special custom order. Please contact our friendly staff for this special request via email annie@annielovescakes.com.au with your order number. Please note, there is a Gluten Free Surcharge of $10.
Our flavour range is currently limited to GF Vanilla Sponge Cake or GF Chocolate cake with a small GF range of filling; Raspberry Curd, Lemon & Passionfruit Curd, Salted Caramel and Buttercream Only filling.
Allergen Disclaimer - By placing an order with Annie Loves Cakes, you acknowledge and agree to the following: While some of our recipes can be made without gluten-containing ingredients upon request, all of our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, nuts (all types), dairy, eggs, and soy are stored and used. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from gluten or any other allergens, and we accept no liability for any adverse reactions caused by the consumption of our products. For customers with coeliac disease, severe gluten intolerance, or serious allergies (including anaphylaxis) to any of the above, we strongly recommend reconsidering your order, as your health and safety are our highest priority.
Do you have any Dairy-free or Halal options?
No :( We don’t currently offer dairy-free cakes, and our products are not certified halal. All of our recipes contain dairy and are prepared in a kitchen where dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, and soy are stored and used. While we’re always happy to customise flavours and designs, we unfortunately do not cater to strict dairy-free, vegan, or halal dietary requirements.
REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHDULING POLICY?
- A refund is available if your order is cancelled more than 1 month before the due date.
- Any approved refunds will be processed as a partial refund, and will incur a transaction fee of 1.6% + $0.30, which is charged by our payment provider and is non-refundable. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- If cancelled less than 1 month before, 25% of your deposit/payment will be retained.
- If cancelled less than 10 days before, 50% of your deposit/payment will be retained.
- A $50 fee applies to any rescheduling.
