I cannot recommend Annie Loves Cakes highly enough! Annie created the most incredible cake for my baby shower and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing.

From the very beginning, communication was seamless. Mimi from customer care was so lovely to deal with incredibly responsive, organised, and genuinely helpful. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. When I needed to arrange an earlier pickup time, she went out of her way to help make it happen. Nothing felt like a hassle, and I truly appreciated how accommodating and understanding she was.

Annie customised my order perfectly to suit the theme of my baby shower, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The cake itself was stunning, the attention to detail was beautiful and you could see the care and talent that went into every element. It honestly became such a feature of the day and tied everything together perfectly.

And the taste… wow. It was hands down one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. So fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet just absolutely delicious. From her prompt response times to being so accommodating with the time to pick up my cake, the whole experience was a breeze from start to finish. The cake was immaculate, exactly how I had described it in the notes and presented so beautifully. It was for my friend's hens and she couldn't believe how amazing the cake looked.
