Primary versus secondary piping?
Primary versus secondary piping?
In most cases, primary piping is the thickest line of piping on the top and bottom of the cake base, whilst secondary is the thinner, complementing piping
A timeless, romantic statement cake inspired by classic vintage piping and old-world elegance. This design features soft, sculpted buttercream textures, delicate shell and ruffle piping, and a graceful pair of swans perched on top — symbolising love, unity, and celebration.
Intricate piping details wrap around each tier, finished with rosette accents for a refined yet whimsical touch. While all colours are fully customisable to suit your event, red rosette piping will remain the standard feature, adding a beautiful pop of contrast and a nod to the original design.
Perfect for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, bridal showers, or any celebration that calls for something truly romantic and unforgettable.
